and to be honest my pc got virus like 1 week later after i went to this forum

Hmm, i asked what antivirus you have.
Anyway, if its Norton uninstall it and download Avira Antivir.
If you have Avast do a virus scan and delete the virus.

i have AVG

its not the forums cause everyone else would be having probalems but i had to delete trinity off my cpu cause it had a virus
